Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care | Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
Facility: Good Samaritan Society – Sioux Falls Village
Location: 3901 S Marion Rd, Sioux Falls, SD 57106
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay: $38–$48 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Evening Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000, paid in 3 installments over 2 years
Responsibilities
Assess residents and develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
Coordinate care with physicians, residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
Promote resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independence.
Respond to call lights and assist with daily care needs.
Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active South Dakota RN license or applicable authorization to practice.
Minimum of 3 months of long-term care (LTC) experience.
Current BLS certification.
Strong communication, assessment, and medication administration skills.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assist with resident transfers.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay: $38–$48 per hour, based on experience.
Sign-on bonus up to $20,000, paid in 3 installments over 2 years.
Full-time, 40-hour workweek.
