Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to step-down unit patients according to care plans and hospital protocols

Collaborate with physicians, unit leadership, and other health professionals to coordinate care and discharge planning
Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record
Maintain patient safety and comfort, manage lines and tubes, and follow isolation and infection-control practices
Requirements
Active RN license in good standing (state requirements to be determined)
Experience in step-down or intermediate/acute care settings preferred
Ability to work evening, 8-hour shifts (5 days per week)
Willingness to participate in a travel temporary assignment (PRN)
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a hospital setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment
