Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and multidisciplinary staff to implement care plans and adjust as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record; ensure patient safety and comfort.
Support discharge planning, patient education, and family communication.
Requirements
Active RN license in Texas
Current BLS (CPR) certification
PCU or similar unit experience preferred (1 year preferred)
Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in a travel assignment
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
