About This Position
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Pediatric Home
Ashley House provides compassionate, around-the-clock care for children and young adults with complex medical conditions. Our highly skilled group homes offer long-term, transitional, and respite care in a supportive, home-like environment.
We believe in providing holistic care that enriches the lives of our clients. From the smallest interactions to the countless efforts that support recovery and quality of life, we matter, we are needed, and we make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities
As a CNA at Ashley House, you'll be an essential part of each client's daily life. You'll assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, repositioning, and feeding, often using specialized equipment such as feeding pumps, wheelchairs, and lifts.
You'll help monitor vital signs, observe changes in condition, and support therapeutic routines under the supervision of an Licensed Nurse.
Beyond clinical care, you'll contribute to everyday activities that promote joy, connection, and normalcy, whether that's helping a child participate in school, joining an outing, or simply reading a favorite book.
Your presence matters, and the relationships you build with our residents are just as important as the care you provide.
