About This Position

Assignment Overview

    Description

    American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift hospital position requiring EPIC experience and a 1:4 patient ratio.

    Details

  • Med/Surg unit within a hospital setting
  • Patient ratio of 1:4
  • NOC shift, 3x12s, 36 hrs/week with true rotating schedule
  • 48 hours preferred over 36
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Must float if needed
  • Uses EPIC EMR

    Requirements

  • Active SD or Compact RN license required in hand
  • Current BLS certification required
  • EPIC experience required
  • No prior permanent employment with Avera or Sanford health systems allowed

    Additional Information

  • Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit
  • Flu documentation is required with no personal or medical declinations accepted
  • Flu religious declinations will be reviewed by the facility
  • Blocked scheduling and specific scheduling requests are not permitted

    • Experience

    RN License, BLS Certification, Clinical information systems
