Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – LTC | Gothenburg, Nebraska
We are seeking an experienced LPN for a Long-Term Care (LTC) opportunity in Gothenburg, NE!
Position Details:
Location: Gothenburg, Nebraska 69138
Shift: Tuesday–Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
Charting System: Matrix
Patient Ratio: Approximately 40 residents with 1 LPN, 2 CNAs, and a medication aide
Orientation: 2–3 shifts preferred, including weekend orientation
Reliable Transportation: Required
Pay Package:
Gross Weekly Pay: $2,000 (48hr/week)
Blended Hourly Rate: $40.40
Base Pay: $15/hour + Stipend hourly: $25.40/hour
Weekly Taxable Pay: $600/week
Weekly Stipend: $1,016/week
Weekly OT Pay: $384/week
Overtime Rate: $48/hour after 40 hours
Requirements:
Active LPN license
Minimum 2 years of long-term care (LTC) experience
Ability to work the required schedule, including weekends and holidays
