If you want a predictable schedule with built-in block time off, this 100% urgent care role is worth a look. Compensation and incentives: Base salary plus RVU-based production incentive.

Meaningful time off and support: 7 weeks PTO, Sign-on, up to $10,000 relocation, and CME $2,500 annually plus 6 days with reimbursement for licensure, DEA, and professional subscriptions.
