About This Position
Overview
Join our care team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and help patients feel safe, respected, and supported. You’ll communicate with the nursing team and providers
Duties
Measure and record vital signs
Observe and report changes in patients’ physical or emotional condition; complete accurate medical documentation and records.
Follow infection prevention and aseptic technique, maintain patient confidentiality under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and communicate respectfully with patients, families, and care teams.
Experience
Required: Current CNA certification and ability to perform essential patient-care duties, including manual handling and safe lifting.
Familiarity with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), basic life support (BLS), medication administration, phlebotomy, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, durable medical equipment (DME), and electronic medical or health records (EMR/EHR) is valued. Systems may include Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
