Position: RN- ICU
Location: Lubbock, TX
Shift: Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
License: Active Texas State License
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Recent LPN Experience
Guaranteed Hours: 48 Hours/Week
Pay Package – 48 Hours/Week
Weekly Gross: $3,102.00
Weekly Taxable: $1,856.00
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,246.00
Hourly Breakdown – 48 Hours
Taxable Rate: $46.40/hr
Blended Rate: $77.55/hr
Job Details:
EXP: 2 year ICU experience required.
Provide care to critically ill patients with respiratory failure, cardiac emergencies, sepsis, shock, and multiple organ dysfunction.
Manage patients receiving mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy.
Monitor invasive lines, central venous catheters, arterial lines, and other ICU equipment as trained.
Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, antibiotics, sedatives, analgesics, and vasoactive drugs.
Monitor medication effectiveness and adverse reactions.
Safely manage high-alert medications and infusion pumps.
Respond promptly to cardiac arrest and other medical emergencies.
Assist with CPR, code blue procedures, and advanced life support.
Prepare emergency equipment and assist physicians during critical procedures.
