About This Position

Pay is per visit: start of care $140, routine visit $90, recertification/progress visit $105, discharge visit $95.

Magenta Care is a Washington-licensed home health agency, nurse-founded and caring for patients at home since 2022. We are launching home health in King County and are hiring experienced clinicians who can work independently from day one. One-on-one visits in patients' homes, no productivity quotas, and you choose the visits that fit your schedule and area.

RN – Home Health Skilled Nursing (Per Visit). Part-time / per diem, W-2. Flexible schedule: choose your visits. Pierce County candidates welcome.

Requirements: WA or multistate RN license and 3+ years home health RN experience including start of care/admissions and plans of care.

Strong plus: medication management, diabetes, CHF/COPD, catheter/ostomy, tube feeding.

Benefits: biweekly direct deposit, travel reimbursement, referral bonus. Requirements for all roles: BLS, valid WA driver's license and auto insurance, reliable transportation, comfortable with mobile electronic documentation.
