WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking an experienced, compassionate, and reliable Long-Term Care Registered Nurse who thrives in a resident-centered environment and can confidently manage nursing responsibilities while collaborating with the healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
Active Nebraska or Compact RN License
Previous nursing experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation preferred
Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills
Experience with geriatric patients and chronic disease management
Ability to supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as assigned
Knowledge of resident safety, infection prevention, and nursing best practices
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and every 3rd weekend
Current BLS certification preferred

EARN UP TO $100,000/YEAR!
Position: Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Near Coleridge, Cedar County, NE
Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing
Shift: 12-Hour Days | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Schedule: 36 Hours Per Week
Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd Weekend
Compensation: Up to $100,000/Year (Annualized)
Pay: Weekly Direct Deposit
Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision
Additional Opportunities: Overtime may be available based on facility needs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Long-Term Care RN, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality nursing care while promoting resident comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being.
Resident Care & Clinical Nursing
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions.
Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies according to physician orders.
Provide wound care, medication management, and skilled nursing interventions as appropriate.
Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
Recognize and respond promptly to changes in resident health status.
Coordinate care with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
Documentation & Regulatory Compliance
Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation and resident records.
Follow facility policies, infection prevention protocols, and state and federal regulations.
Document medication administration, treatments, assessments, and changes in condition.
Support resident safety, fall prevention, and quality improvement initiatives.
Teamwork & Resident Advocacy
Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Provide guidance and supervision to nursing support staff as assigned.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and facility leadership.
Promote a respectful, compassionate, resident-centered environment.
Advocate for resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
