Position Details
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
Status: Full-Time
Shift: PM shift, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Schedule: Every other weekend
Pay: $31.00–$42.00 per hour, based on experience
Location: 1625 E. Main Street, Clintonville, WI 54929
What You'll Do
Administer medications and provide treatments according to established care plans and physician orders.
Assess residents and monitor changes in their condition.
Provide nursing care to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
Observe, document, and report resident conditions and changes appropriately.
Deliver compassionate, patient, and respectful care while preserving each resident’s dignity.
Follow established safety, infection prevention, and health standards.
Work collaboratively with the nursing team to support quality resident care.
What We're Looking For
Current, valid Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
Knowledge of nursing care practices, procedures, and emergency response.
Understanding of health, safety, and infection prevention standards.
Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
A compassionate, dependable team player who is committed to resident-centered care.
