Work Schedule :
Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week). Hours are 6:30 am - 3:00 pm. Position requires every other weekend and every other holiday rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay :
UW Health offers a competitive compensation package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

Provide compassionate care to elderly patients and support their families.
Provide medical care, take vitals, administer medications and monitor residents

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program Required
Work Experience
1 year of experience as an LPN Preferred
