About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse at Oconto Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for administering medications and monitoring vital signs, supporting resident care plans and clinical documentation, and promoting resident safety and comfort. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals is committed to providing exceptional care and compassion to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and monitor vital signs
Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
Lead and guide CNA staff
Promote resident safety and comfort
Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:
Active RN License in Wisconsin
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for caring for the aging population
