Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-Skilled Nursing

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), provide quality patient care, and support residents' daily healthcare needs in a skilled nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.
Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Promote resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
Follow established nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current LPN license valid in the state of practice (North Dakota).
Minimum of 3 months of experience working as an LPN in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
Must be able to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM).
