About This Position
Legacy Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry to join our team at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California. This is a 13-week contract position offering 36 hours per week during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry nursing experience, excellent clinical assessment skills, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

• RN – Telemetry – Desert Regional Medical Center – Palm Springs, CA
13-week contract
36 hours per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts
Location: Tenet Healthcare / Desert Regional Medical Center / 3 EAST TELE
Hourly rate: $62
RN – Telemetry, 4 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Telemetry unit
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and recognize abnormal findings
Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions and vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and emergency situations
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of RN Telemetry experience
• Active RN license
Current certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
Updated immunization records
