About This Position
LVN Charge Nurse Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team as Charge Nurse on our Short-Term Rehabilitation Hall.
The LVN Charge Nurse is responsible for providing quality resident care while overseeing the daily nursing operations of the unit. Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring residents' conditions, communicating with physicians and families, supervising CNA staff, completing timely documentation, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, excellent communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care in a team-oriented environment.
