About This Position
Position: RN – NICU (Level IV)
Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift (3 x 12s)
Bonus: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (External candidates)
Relocation: Assistance available for ideal candidate

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-graduation, full-time RN experience in a Level IV NICU (clinical rotations and residency do not count).
Licensure: Active Washington RN License (upon hire).
Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) & NRP (American Academy of Pediatrics) upon hire.
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive Level IV NICU care using professional nursing practice standards (assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation).
Advocate for ethical, holistic, and patient-centered care.
Maintain strict safety protocols, evidence-based practices, and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively within interprofessional care teams and assist with family/patient education.
