About This Position
Title: Licensed Pratical Nurse
Location: South Correctional Entity (SCORE) Des Moines, WA
Status: Full time overnight 12 hour shifts
Salary: $40-$47 Placement on scale is determined by the candidate's level of job-related experience.
Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct patient care in a correctional setting, including administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with treatments, and documenting care. This role will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care while adhering to facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards. The LPN will also support patient education and contribute to a safe and efficient healthcare environment.
