Nizhoni Healthcare Services is a rapidly growing Home Healthcare Services company in Fargo. Our team of healthcare professionals, including therapists, aides, and medical social workers bring our services into the comfort of our client's home. We provide high-quality, competent care delivery, patient advocacy, a respectful and nurturing work environment, and community healthcare engagement. We are excited to welcome an experienced Registered Nurse -Skilled Home Health who embodies our values. The ideal candidate will:
Provide professional services within the scope of nursing practice standards,
Collaborate with primary care physicians, and
Teach patients and their families.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing services to our clients using substantial and specialized nursing skills,
Initiating appropriate preventative and rehab nursing procedures,
Preparing and submitting timely clinical and progress notes,
Overseeing coordination of patient services,
Completing medical history/home safety check/environmental assessments,
Performing socio-psychological evaluations,
Developing an individualized Plan of Care (POC) to be submitted to the physician for approval,
Determining medical necessity for other services,
Evaluating the patient’s ADL and IADL abilities and need for a home health aide,
Supervises HHA services and associated requirements and documentation,
Review billing processes, including co-pay requirements, and
Exceptional communications with clients, co-workers, and the general public.
Quality Assurance Experience (QA)
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved professional nursing program (RN) (Required)
Licensed “in good standing” in North Dakota & Minnesota (Preferred)
Experience in the home healthcare industry (Required)
Organized and meticulous with an exceptional level of confidentiality and attention to detail
Clean criminal background check and drug screening
CPR certification
