Missouri Slope At-Home is looking for compassionate, dependable, and service-minded individuals to join our team as Home Care Attendants (PCAs). Help older adults maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life by providing personalized support in the comfort of their own homes.

Available to work between 6:00 am - 2:00 pm | Part-time | Guaranteed 20-29 hrs/wk |
What You'll Do
As a Home Care Attendant, you will provide a variety of services based on each client's individual needs and service plan, including:

What We're Looking For
Successful candidates are compassionate, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in clients' homes. You should be able to communicate effectively with older adults and individuals with varying needs, manage your responsibilities with minimal supervision, and use basic technology for documentation and communication.
Minimum Qualifications
Interested in becoming a CNA? Eligible employees may be eligible to participate in Missouri Slope's CNA training program. CNA certification is not required for this position.
Physical & Work Requirements
This position involves working in clients' homes and requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and other physical activities. Employees must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, safely assist with assigned tasks, and travel between client homes. The role may involve close contact with clients, personal protective equipment, household chemicals, and other common home-environment exposures.
