Contract: 13-Week Contract
Shift Option:
Day Shifts | 4x12-Hour Shifts | 48 Hours/Week
Night Shift | 4x12-Hour Shifts | 48 Hours/Week
Weekly Pay Package:
Weekly Gross: $3,801.08
W2 Pay Rate: $34.10/hr.
Weekly Stipend: $1,891.48
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, neurological status, and hemodynamic conditions, responding promptly to changes in patient status.
Manage critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring, ventilator support, and complex medical interventions.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and other prescribed treatments while ensuring patient safety.
Perform and assist with conscious sedation procedures, including patient assessment, monitoring, and recovery.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Respond to medical emergencies and assist with rapid response and code situations.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of ICU experience – Required.
Current California RN License – Required.
BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications – Required.
Conscious Sedation experience – Required.
Previous Travel Nursing experience – Required.
