Requirements and Skills
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
- Experience in Emergency Room nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- CPR/BLS certification required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department
- Perform patient assessments, develop nursing care plans, and implement appropriate interventions
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, healthcare professionals, and clinical staff
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient status, recognizing and responding to changes promptly
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in an emergency department or acute care setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional bedside manner
- Ability to work flexible shifts within an emergency care environment
Hourly Rate: $61.00 - $72.00
