- Shift: AM
- Schedule: Daytime hours to fit within morning shift requirements
Requirements & Skills
- Licensed Physical Therapist with valid state licensure
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy practices, techniques, and protocols
- Ability to assess patient mobility and develop personalized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams
- Demonstrated ability to document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare standards
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
- Utilize therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapies as necessary to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure cohesive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain compliance with all professional, legal, and ethical standards related to physical therapy practice
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Nebraska
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
