About This Position
We are seeking a full-time night shift and day shift Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) to oversee and manage the daily operations of our long term care facility. The Charge Nurse will also be responsible for dealing with any medical emergencies at the facility and has direct contact with patients' families.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that patients receive quality care and follow the nursing care plans.
Monitor patient outcomes, changes in status and progress toward discharge or recovery.
Communicate effectively with other nurses, doctors, therapists, and patients' families.

Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
