Shift / Schedule
- AM Shift
- Monday through Friday (typical hours for morning shifts)
Requirements and Skills
- Licensed Physical Therapist with current state licensure
- Proficient in evaluating patients and developing personalized treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy modalities, rehabilitation techniques, and therapeutic exercises
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed records
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluate physical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
- Utilize therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, injury prevention, and wellness
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Nebraska
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered care
