Requirements
- Active RN licensure
- Ability to provide skilled nursing care in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
- Strong clinical assessment and patient prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-moving environment
- Willingness to complete onboarding requirements as directed for the assignment
Responsibilities
- Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes in condition
- Provide direct nursing care and coordinate next steps based on clinical status
- Assist with procedures and implement care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Document nursing care accurately and timely according to unit standards
- Maintain patient safety and infection control practices
- Communicate clearly with providers and other departments during transitions of care
