Requirements

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and complete required nursing documentation
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in accordance with clinical protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support resident needs
- Maintain a safe, supportive environment and follow facility policies and procedures
