Requirements
- Experience: 2 years
- Charting system: Epic (required)
- Travel experience: Not required
- Certifications: ARRT T, BLS
Responsibilities
- Provide radiation therapy and support adult acute care environments, including teaching hospital requirements
- Complete chart checks and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Follow radiation safety practices throughout treatment workflows
- Perform starting and maintaining IVs (required) as part of patient care
- Handle emergency cases and defibrillator readiness per protocol
- Assist with patient/family education and teaching
- Support patient care when patients are in restraints and coordinate safe lift/transfer device use
- Support billing for treatment types and devices
- Use appropriate positioning and beam control techniques, including field shaping (required)

- Imaging/Beam Modifying & Positioning: CBCT/kV/mV imaging
- Pretreatment: CT Simulation (required); Simulation of Treatment Sites (required)
- Treatment Units: Elekta Versa HD
- Treatment types: External Beam Therapy, IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy), Respiratory Gating
- Patient populations treated: Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Kidney Cancer, Leukemia, Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Pancreatic Cancer, Testicular cancer
- Additional tools/systems: Mosaiq
- Equipment/support: Lift/transfer devices
