Requirements
- Active RN licensure
- Experience working in an Operating Room (OR) setting
- Ability to provide safe, patient-centered care in a perioperative environment
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts and on-call coverage as outlined
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures
- Prepare and assist with OR workflow to support timely surgical throughput
- Maintain awareness of patient status and respond appropriately to changes
- Collaborate with surgical team members to support safe, organized care delivery
- Follow facility protocols for documentation and perioperative safety
