About This Position

Must have at least 1 year experience as a DON in Long Term Care an/or Nurse Manager for 2 years in SNF.

- Will not consider candidates without Required Experience -

Extensive Overnight Travel throughout Oregon

Skilled Nursing RN Management Experience is a must.

Clinical Support role traveling to Regency Pacific Communities – Serving in Nurse Management (DON, RCM, Infection Preventionist, Staff Development and MDS)

As a Travel Nurse, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As a Travel Nurse, you will:

Travel to Regency Pacific Management communities to fill-in to provide quality nursing support.

Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents

Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations

Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans

Know and follow infection control and safety procedures

Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.

Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

Possess a current RN license in good standing

Must have at least 1 year experience as a DON in Long-Term Care and/or Nurse Manager for 2 years in a SNF.
