About This Position
Fast-paced specialty office seeking RN for full-time triage nurse position.

RN Primary responsibilities include:
Triage phone line
Chronic Care Management
Direct patient care - Preparing for patient visit, checking vitals, patient histories, rooming & discharging patients from ambulatory outpatient clinic.
Performing vaccinations, Injections, medication instruction, nebulized treatments, flu testing, and assist with in-office procedures
Carry Out orders under direction of the Provider (MD, PA, or APRN)
RN would also be responsible for coordination of patient care - scheduling procedures, making referrals, manage results
Valid and current CPR
Must have current RN license
Clinic experience is preferred.
RN must have excellent documentation skills, solid clinical skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong computer skills and EMR experience.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-2 No weekends, no holidays.
