Full-Time | Night Shift
Pay: $45.00/hour - $53.00/hour

Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care team. RNs are responsible for coordinating and providing direct resident care, supervising CNAs and LPNs, and ensuring that care is delivered safely, effectively, and in accordance with all regulations and facility standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
Monitor and document residents’ conditions and communicate changes promptly to physicians and families
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and update care plans
Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs, providing guidance and feedback as needed
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and facility policies
Respond to emergencies quickly and appropriately to ensure resident safety
Qualifications
Current Washington State RN license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN accepted)
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high-quality resident care
Previous SNF or post-acute care experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
