Position Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-Surg Telemetry provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Monitors telemetry rhythms, recognizes cardiac abnormalities, and responds promptly to changes in patient condition.
Job Duties:
Provide direct patient care to adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions requiring telemetry monitoring.
Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret EKG changes, and promptly report abnormalities.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological status.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols.
Note: 1 year of experience is required as RN- Med/Surg Tele
Requirements:
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Certifications: BLS, RN License
