Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotating Schedule

Our $25.00–$28.00 hourly pay range is based on years of CNA licensure/experience.

What You'll Do
As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with our nurses and interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care.
Responsibilities include:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and personal care
Provide morning and evening care
Assist residents with meals and hydration as needed
Assist with transfers, repositioning, turning, and ambulation
Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and safety
Answer resident call lights and respond to resident needs promptly
Observe residents for changes in physical condition, behavior, or functional ability
Promptly report changes or concerns to the nurse
Accurately document care provided according to facility procedures
Assist nurses and other team members as needed
Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident-rights practices
Build positive and respectful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
What We're Looking For
Current Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC/CNA) or eligibility as appropriate
Newly certified and experienced nursing assistants are encouraged to apply
Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to communicate with residents, families, and coworkers with patience and empathy
Commitment to providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing environment

This rotating schedule provides predictable days off while maintaining consistent staffing and continuity of resident care.
Compensation
$25.00–$28.00 per hour
Starting wage is determined based on applicable years of CNA licensure/experience.
