Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
Assist with patient care planning and ongoing evaluations.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
Qualifications
Active Nebraska LPN license or compact license eligibility.
Current BLS certification.
Previous LPN experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
