About This Position
We are looking for exceptional LVN Supervisor for our outstanding Assisted Living community that specializes in Memory Care.

This position is for weekends
This position is on call on those days.
Requirements:
Must have a valid LVN license in good standing with the State of Texas Board of Nursing
The LVN that we choose must be able to demonstrate compassion, friendliness, and looking at being part of a team
Responsibilities include:
Follow Physician Orders/communicate effectively with physician's and families
Document and follow up/Staffing/scheduling and mentoring staff
Pass Medications
