Responsibilities
- Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures according to established protocols.
- Prepare patients for imaging, ensuring comfort, safety, and correct positioning.
- Verify patient information and imaging orders prior to exam completion.
- Operate CT/X-ray equipment to capture diagnostic-quality images.
- Maintain proper radiation safety practices and follow safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the care team to support timely diagnostic imaging.
- Follow workflow standards for scheduling, documentation, and exam completion.
Requirements
- ARRT certification in CT and/or X-ray as applicable.
- Valid credentialing/licensure required to perform CT and/or X-ray imaging in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience working with CT and X-ray imaging equipment.
- Strong knowledge of patient positioning and radiation safety principles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a clinical, fast-paced environment.
