Responsibilities
- Assist nursing staff with activities of daily living and routine patient care.
- Support residents/patients with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs as directed.
- Monitor and report changes in condition or concerns to the appropriate clinical team members.
- Follow facility policies and established care plans and documentation processes.
- Maintain a safe, respectful environment for patients, families, and the care team.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification/registration as required for work in Wisconsin.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to follow care instructions and documentation standards.
- Reliability and readiness to work guaranteed shifts throughout the contract.
