Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg setting and support daily clinical operations.
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, coordinated care.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly and accurately.
- Assist with discharge planning and patient education as directed by the care plan.
Requirements
- Active RN licensure.
- BLS certification (required).
- Med Surg experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable availability to meet guaranteed hours.
