Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside nursing care to assigned patients
- Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes according to policy
- Collaborate with the care team to support safe, effective care
- Support patient education and assist with discharge readiness as needed
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in Med Surg and/or GCU nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
