What You’ll Do
Provide skilled one-on-one care for pediatric clients with medical complexities (trach, vent, tube feeding, seizures, infusions, etc.)
Administer medications and treatments
Perform trach/vent care and management
Monitor and assess physical, psychological, and social needs
Document care accurately and timely
Educate and support families
Assist with ADLs as needed
Requirements
Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina
Current CPR certification (we’ll provide if needed)
Passion for pediatric/home care and a warm, professional demeanor
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Reliable transportation
Trach & Vent experience is preferred, but we are willing to fully train dedicated nurses.
