About This Position
Elderly Wellness Adult Family Home in Bellevue is looking for an experienced, dependable and compassionate HCA or CNA caregiver to join our small residential care team.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with seniors and can provide safe, respectful and consistent care in a warm Adult Family Home environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Active Washington HCA or CNA credential
Minimum 1–2 years of caregiving experience
Adult Family Home experience preferred
Experience with dementia care
Parkinson’s care experience is an advantage
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Current negative TB test
Dementia and Mental Health Specialty Training
Food Worker Card or applicable food-safety training
Ability to successfully complete required background screening
Eligible to work and be paid through payroll
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Good communication and teamwork skills
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
Assistance with activities of daily living
Personal care and hygiene
Mobility and transfer assistance
Meal preparation
Medication assistance within permitted scope
Resident observation and documentation
Dementia support
Maintaining a clean and safe residential environment
Working cooperatively with other caregivers
