Position Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a key role in supporting residents with daily activities and contributing to their overall well-being and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions
Provide compassionate companionship and support
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all residents
Qualifications
Active California CNA certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Strong time management and organizational skills
