About This Position

Join Our Team: HCAs & CNAs

Become part of a caring in-home support team serving Shoreline, Lynnwood, Northgate, Bothell, Kenmore, Ballard, the University District, Maple Leaf, and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll help older adults and individuals receive the assistance they need to remain comfortable, secure, and self-sufficient in their own homes. We offer flexible daytime hours, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to build genuine connections with the people you serve. Some assignments take place in households with pets, so being at ease around animals is important. If you’re compassionate, trustworthy, and committed to providing quality care, we’d love to hear from you.

Hourly Rate: Earn $23–$25/hour, depending on your experience and credentials.

Compensation Schedule: Receive reliable weekly payments, always on time.

Available Shifts: Work flexible 4–8 hour daytime shifts, with opportunities for weekend coverage.

Who Fits This Role:

A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients

CNA or HCA certification required

Prefer a high school degree or GED

One year or more of experience supporting older adults

Must be 18 years or older

Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts

Clear background check and drug test

Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

Assist with personal care, meals, daily routines, and household needs while preserving each client’s dignity and privacy.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.

Support clients with appointments, errands, outings, and activities while encouraging independence.

Deliver personalized in-home assistance that promotes comfort, confidence, and overall well-being.

Support older adults in living comfortably and confidently at home by providing dependable assistance, meaningful companionship, and care suited to their personal preferences. Develop genuine connections with clients while helping with their everyday needs, encouraging independence, preserving dignity, and creating a reassuring presence they can count on each day.
