Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Implement infection control protocols and maintain aseptic techniques during procedures.
Input information accurately in medical records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Participate in laboratory tests and assist in the collection of specimens as needed.
Qualifications
Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
Strong knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
