Registered Nurse (RN) Manager – Long-Term Care
Location: Eagle Butte, South Dakota 57625
Assignment: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to work as RN Managers in a long-term care setting in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The RN Managers will help support daily nursing operations, train and mentor current staff, and promote high-quality resident care.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience, leadership skills, and long-term care experience. Familiarity with PCC (PointClickCare) is preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing leadership and support to the long-term care team.
Help train, guide, and mentor current nursing staff.
Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and quality care.
Assist with daily nursing operations and staff coordination.
Monitor compliance with facility policies and clinical standards.
Maintain accurate and timely patient/resident documentation.
Use PCC/PointClickCare for documentation and related tasks.
Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Support the facility in maintaining a positive and professional care environment.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Long-term care (LTC) nursing experience required.
Previous nursing leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to train and work effectively with nursing staff.
PCC/PointClickCare experience preferred.
Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per week
