About This Position
MICIL Health Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for an 8-week travel contract with a Long-Term Care facility in South Dakota.
Compensation
$1,610–$1,650 per week
Based on 40 hours per week
Schedule
Overnight shifts
10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
40 hours per week
8-week contract
Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor and document resident conditions
Communicate changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and other members of the care team
Follow facility policies, infection-control standards, and resident safety procedures
Requirements
Active LPN/LVN license eligible to practice in South Dakota
Current BLS/CPR certification
Previous Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Must successfully complete required background screening and facility credentialing
