Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient history & assessments to determine health status and identify medical issues.
Prescribe medications, supplements, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring safe medication administration and adherence to DEA regulations.
Perform evaluations utilizing the review of laboratory testing, medical imaging, sonography, and other diagnostic tools to inform clinical decision-making.
Manage acute and chronic primary care conditions.
Assist with procedures as desired including therapeutic phlebotomy as well as dermal filler and neurotoxin administration.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across departments to coordinate patient care plans and ensure seamless service delivery.
Document all patient encounters accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards.
Engage in Bioidentical Hormone Certification and learn a holistic/functional model while practicing alongside other seasoned holistic primary care practitioners.
Requirements
Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current certification from an accredited program.
Demonstrated experience working in primary care - 1 to 2 years experience required.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for efficient medical documentation.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD & CPT coding for procedures and billing purposes.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with excellent client communication skills; experience triaging patients in urgent care settings preferred.
