A small skilled nursing facility located in beautiful Door County, WI is searching for a full time and permanent Assistant Director of Nursing to join their team. Facility has recently been made apart of a larger health network with excellent support offered from the DON, Administrator and regional team.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing:

Monitoring nursing staff including hiring, training and disciplinary action while maintaining patient care

Ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local standards

Requirements of the Assistant Director of Nursing, RN:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in a leadership position in the skilled nursing setting

2+ years of experience working in the skilled nursing setting

Registered Nurse license in the State of WI
